Demonstration dataset

xVDM reconstruction browser

A demonstration instance of the xVDM browser, running on a simulated dataset. It covers the same stages as a full analysis: reconstruction from sequencing reads, molecular context, and gene annotation.

Separate from production data Access is approved by the Weinstein Lab and limited to the simulated dataset.

Contents

What the demonstration includes

The sample exercises the same browser views used for an xVDM reconstruction, while keeping the public preview separate from submitted experiments.

Reconstruction

3D node cloud

Rotate the spatial view, select reconstructed nodes, and inspect the inferred organization of the simulated specimen.

Context

Molecular neighborhoods

From a selected node, view its local UEI relationships, sub-consensuses, and molecular annotations.

Annotation

Gene mappings

Review alignment evidence produced with STAR against the validated zebrafish reference and extended rRNA annotation.
